Thanks for making some time to read this letter from a foreigner ,I am not a native here,but I chose Suining as my first home in China.My fiancee and I bought an apartment one year ago in ZHIXIN RENHU PARK Phase III ,Pengxi County.

There are some news that was shocking me and unbelievable.it’s gone be kill me.Why my desired home put on hold for one year?? Why we just get a vaguely answer from developer and local government ??I looked at so many answers and pictures on this platform and it’s soooo bad for us. They called it LANWEI LOU instead of HOME.How desperate it is for buyers!

1.Investigation：
due to the impact of the COVID-19, ZHIXIN RENHU PARK Phase III was suspended for about three months during the epidemic in 2020. The delivery of buildings 3 to 7 will be delayed on September 30, 2021, and the delivery of buildings 1, 2 and 8 will be on May 30, 2022. Due to the lack of construction force on the construction site, the development enterprise allocated construction force to temporarily suspend buildings 1, 2 and 8 and focus on buildings 3 to 7 in order to ensure the timely delivery of buildings 3 to 7.
2. handling:
