Dear Mayor of Chengdu, I am an international student from France. After graduation in 2018, I chose to stay and work in Chengdu. I like Chengdu, and I hope to make my own contribution to it and enjoy it.  However, I have been plagued by noise recently. I currently live in Longyuexicheng, No. 66 Shuxi Road, Jinniu District, Chengdu. After I get home from work, there will always be noise from music downstairs. When people get together, it seems to be entertainment? I understand and agree that Chengdu is a city of leisure but such entertainment gatherings really affect my life. I don’t know if such a gathering is a common street entertainment in China or Chengdu, or if it is legal. I sincerely hope that this kind of entertainment can be carried out in a more civilized and friendly way. I am looking forward to your reply.
